This gives off a vibe like Catherynne M. Valente’s The Orphan’s Tales duology – which I loved, and is amazing – so I’m pretty sure I’m going to love this too. Also?? Healthy and supportive bonds between women?? With no pettiness or resentment regarding superficial things male authors think all women harbor to an extent?? (Like, for god’s sake – it’s not always about being jealous over a guy, or inferiority complexes of not being beautiful enough, or popularity, or worse: “not like other girls”. Jesus Christ.)

Right. This turned into a rant. My point still stands, this book sounds amazing.
