This Week on The Book Smugglers:

On Monday, Ana reviews YA historical novel Witch Child by Celia Rees.

On Tuesday, we are THRILLED to have Leah Cypess over to celebrate the paperback release of Nightspell and talk about her inspirations and influences for the series (plus, we’ll have a giveaway opportunity). We’ll also be posting our spot on the Unconventional Blog Tour on Blogging – a series of posts from different bloggers about some of the meaty issues the arise in the book blogging world. The tour, put together by Kelly at Stacked, is meant to be a resource for bloggers, both old and new. Our stop will talk about the twin themes of Independence and Integrity.

Wednesday, we have a giveaway in anticipation for one of the big movies of the summer, Snow White and the Huntsman. Thea also will be reviewing new scifi novel Further: Beyond the Threshold by Chris Roberson.

On Thursday, Thea is back with a review of Dragonswood by Janet Lee Carey.

And on Friday, we close out the week with Ana’s review of A Drowned Maiden’s Hair by Laura Amy Schlitz.

Phew. It’s a busy week for us! Until tomorrow, we remain…

Oh my god, Witch Child! I love that book! You’ll need to read the sequel straight afterwards if you liked it – you’ll be frustrated without it! This is the first time you’ve reviewed a book I’ve already read. Oddly nervous, hoping you don’t hate it…
