    YAY! I am so glad you liked this!

    This is one of those books (like JANE EYRE, like GRACELING)that I think should be required reading for adolescent girls. It is such a glorious, heartbreaking affirmation of the importance of female agency and choice.

    It sure would have been a godsend to ME at the age of thirteen…
