Hello everyone and HAPPY 2016! HOLY MOLY, IT’S 2016! How did that happen?
We hope you all had a lovely holiday break, a wonderful new year. Let’s get down to business!
This Week on The Book Smugglers:
Tomorrow, we kick off the last week of Smugglivus with an annual tradition: The Airing of Grievances! In this editorial piece, we air our dirty laundry from 2015–and hope that 2016 holds less WTFkery.
On Tuesday, we are an official stop on Kristin Kittscher’s blog tour for the second book in her middle grade myster Young and Yang series, The Tiara On The Terrace. We’re delighted to share an excerpt from the new book, plus host a giveaway.
Wednesday, we have guest Lady Business blogger and Fangirl Happy Hour podcaster Renay over for her Smugglivus contribution. We ALSO take the day to reflect on The Book Smugglers’ top accomplishments for 2015–it’s our 8 year retrospective–and list some of the things we’re looking forward to in 2016. (WE ARE SO OLD.)
On Thursday, we celebrate Smugglivus proper! And what better way to celebrate our 8th birthday than with… a new book? We’ll be unveiling our “First Contact” season anthology in a brand new bindup ebook from Book Smugglers Publishing, so stay tuned.
Friday, we close out the week by returning to our regular programming! Ana is over at Kirkus with a list of books she’s looking forward to in 2016.
And that is that! Until tomorrow, we remain…
