    Thank you for reviewing it. I’m halfway through and trying not to peek at the ending. Just last week I led our book group discussion on the first two books (I’d made my reading options all POC authors/protagonists as I’m trying to diversify my reading).

    I hit post too soon.
    In your review, I appreciated you mentioning the world-building (plenty of tiny references that I would love to know more about this version of Earth) – and it was one of the things I brought up in our discussion since most of the others don’t typically read fantasy or science fiction, but how the good books in these genres are so relate-able to our own experiences and understanding with these other elements included.
